Budget/economy hotels only accounted for 14% of Jin Jiang's revenues and its operating margin is smaller than luxury hotels. Meanwhile, the operating effectiveness of Jinjiang is significantly lower than Home Inn.

佢的數字的確唔好, 關鍵係今次集資之後, 新的投資是否能夠改善現在的經營狀況及帶黎更高的回報

我好介意文章中帶到, 管理層對品牌重要性的認知似乎不足, 如果管理層的執行能力差, 會好影響將來的品牌價值及兢爭力

要複製一個新的兢爭者,我覺得現階段唔算難!係行業的風險

但從BNP 無寶不落的IPO 例子睇, 又應該前景唔錯

都有少少矛盾架...

錦江之星並不是如家意義上的經濟型酒店。雖然在“經濟型酒店”概念上不占上風,但它卻具有如家無可比擬的“價值”。
這是一家具有“地產”概念的酒店連鎖公司 !!
